Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Postcard AI subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the "Subscription" section within your user profile in the App, or contact our support team at divij@tradexapp.co.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until this date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan (if available), and you will lose access to premium features.
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle.
Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin, and you will be billed according to the plan's terms.
Refund Policy
Generally, all payments for Postcard AI subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or for any unused portion of a subscription.
Exceptions to this policy may be made in the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Legal Requirements: If a refund is required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
- Billing Errors: In case of a verified billing error on our part. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at divij@tradexapp.co with the details.
- Service Unavailability: In rare cases where the subscribed service was unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end (excluding scheduled maintenance).
To request a refund under an exceptional circumstance, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of your situation. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Subscription or Price
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
