Welcome to Postcard AI! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.

4. User-Generated Content

The App may contain interactive features (e.g., community posts, journal entries) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Content"). All User Content must comply with these Terms.

Any User Content you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing User Content, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose/according to your account settings.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to provide certain features. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice (e.g., medical, financial, legal). Always consult with a qualified professional for specific advice.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Postcard AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Content generated by AI models through your use of the App may be subject to the terms of the AI model providers (e.g., Google AI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable terms and licenses.

If the App offers subscription services:

  • Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

IN NO EVENT WILL POSTCARD AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

9. Governing Law
